Coney Island has an interesting history, actually. In the 20′s and 30′s (though my memory could be failing me, but let’s just say “back in the days”) it used be _the_ tourist spot! Think Disney Land today, and Coney Island was that place where everyone was going! We’re talking about penny arcades, AstroLand, etc.
And then it died. And stayed relatively quiet.
Until recently.
So it goes.
i have yet to find myself in coney island tho’…
but why is that, exactly? who’s behind the switching?

Coney Island isn’t what it used to be.
You were probably a lot smaller back then too!
They’re going to commercialize it some more. Heh.
