I am so sick of calling school administration people to answer my questions!
People always wonder why I drive to school in order to deal with issues in person and its because the people who answer the phones don’t fucking listen to your questions and give you the most ridiculous answers.
All I’ve needed was the calculation for veteran benefits per month and year, but instead they direct me to the stupid website. I’m calling you to get a straight answer, not to participate in a scavenger hunt for the solution. And YES I have gone to the stupid website but it doesn’t provide how the month calculations are done.
And what was her answer when I asked that question? She said well its 12 months from Sept to May.
How the hell is fall and spring semester considered 12 months?!?
What is most annoying for me to note is that she probably is a veteran herself. Maybe not a combat one but still…
Don’t lie to another veteran, at least have the freaking courtesy to listen to the question and tell me you don’t know instead of creating crap from your mouth.
Other than this, its funny to note how the very benefits I get from the Veterans Administration/Government counts against me for financial aid. My butthole just got a wee bigger. Thanks for the support you bums.
